As the Technical Marketing Manager at Yarris, I lead the Marketing team in scaling customer growth for the SaaS product, Dazychain. Dazychain is a centralised legal operations platform that transforms how Corporate Counsel work.

Technical Marketing Manager: Yarris

Feb 2017 – Present

Yarris provide SaaS applications to some of Australia's largest enterprise organisations and efficiently manage over $1.1 billion of professional services each year. As the Technical Marketing Manager, I am responsible for increasing the visibility and viability of five brands across four unique industries including insurance, legal, professional service provision and field contractor services.


  • Develop multiple marketing strategies for SaaS products servicing vastly different industries.

  • Increase brand visibility, recognition, lead generation and nurture co-branding opportunities.

  • Build and manage automated marketing journeys for lead nurturing.

  • Manage priorities and professional development for an internal marketing team.

  • Develop multi-channel, social-integrated campaigns for key selling periods.

Social Media & Community Coordinator: SEEK

SEEK is Australia’s largest employment marketplace. Including all brands, SEEK receive over 375 million visits every month, with over 3 million opportunities available at any given time. As the Social Media and Community Coordinator, I was responsible for reinforcing SEEK as the front-of-mind choice for individuals considering a career change through social media.


  • Develop an organic social media strategy for domestic and international audiences.

  • Manage content development for the primary brands, executive managers, HR and IT divisions.

  • Copy-write national campaigns in line with the SEEK tone and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop national, social-led campaigns.

  • Manage paid advertising on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn while balancing evolving budgets.

  • Report on content spread and intake.

  • Live tweet events including the SEEK SARA's and the HR Leaders Forum.

  • Triage and provide support to job-seekers through ticketed social media mentions.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on content development, public relations and product changes.

  • Consult internally on campaigns to develop brand awareness for not-for-profit partner organisations, including SEEK Volunteer and STREAT.

Community Manager: Penguin Books Australia

Apr 2013 – Aug 2015

Penguin Random House is one of the world’s largest fiction and non-fiction publishing houses. As Community Manager, I was responsible for increasing market awareness of Bookworld, the phoenix brand of the defunct Borders Bookstores. Additionally, I was charged with reinvigorating our secondary brand, Angus & Robertson.


  • Develop the digital strategy for Bookworld and Angus & Robertson brands.

  • Utilise online channels to drive increased sales and awareness of key titles.

  • Develop a unique tone as a point of difference for Bookworld.

  • Ideate and develop the assets for a number of national experiential campaigns.

  • Sourcing and developing content in collaboration with external publishers and talent.

  • Manage social advertising across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram while balancing budgets.

  • Comprehensive reporting for internal business leaders and external stakeholders.

  • Seasonal campaign ideation and development.


  • Managed the roll-out of a national, social-led campaign in collaboration with Fox Studios to celebrate the release of John Green's The Fault In Our Stars. Resulted in over 5,000 entries and received 'Best Social Media Initiative' Online Retailer Industry Award.

  • Achieved recognition of tone and community development techniques through Smart Company Magazine 'Best Use of Social Media'.

  • Collaborated on the roll-out of a national 'pop-up bookshelves' campaign. Recognition included 'Best Use of Experiential' BeFest Award, 'Winner - Clothing/Cosmetics & Retail Category' Media Federation Award and 'Experiential Campaign of the Year' Locus Award.
